Samsung Galaxy Tab 4G LTE is a decent quality Android device released many years ago, equipped with a 7" multi touch capacitive screen, a powerful 1.2 gigahertz CPU, and two cameras, a 5 mega-pixels back side camera and a 1.3 megapixels front side camera. Is that all? No, it's only the shortest summary on earth.

Samsung decided to power this tablet using a quite powerful 1200 MHz processor, included in a Samsung Exynos 3 chip. Graphic intensive applications generally uses lots of processor time, so it also has a PowerVR SGX540 graphic processing unit running at 200 MHz to take care of them, leaving the processor free for other tasks. This tablet comes with a medium 2 GB internal storage memory, which is enough for the vast majority of users considering that the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4G LTE also has an SD card slot to store photos and videos.

This tablet is a compact tablet, given that it packs a 7" screen and it's just 7.48" long and 4.74 inches wide. It seems like Samsung decided not to care much about the weight in this 13.4 ounces device.

Samsung packed this tablet with an average 7" screen, and a resolution of 600 x 1024 , which makes all images and videos look quite good. Its screen uses TFT capacitive technology, and can detect multiple fingers at the same time.

This tablet has wi-fi capability (although it can't be shared with other devices around, acting as a router or modem), LTE (4G) fast connection type or 3G connection type, over EV-DO A technologies. This tablet doesn't have a sim card, because it is not a GSM tablet and it can connect to CDMA networks.

The Tab 4G LTE is equipped with two cameras, a 5 megapixels back camera and a 1.3 MP front-facing camera. The Tab 4G LTE can also shoot 720x480 videos at 30 frames per second. To complete the camera, it also includes flash.

This tablet packs a 4000 mAh long lasting Li-Ion non-removable battery that can keep this device running for several hours without charging it at all. An issue to consider is that the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4G LTE's battery is not removable so you can't buy a new battery when it starts to lose its charge, while with this big battery you will probably replace this tablet before that becomes a real problem.

This device also comes with some interesting features like Bluetooth (provides communication with other bluetooth tablets, computers and accessories), GPS and NFC (Near Field Communication), and Light Sensor.

The Tab 4G LTE is priced $ 220, not a very good offer for a tablet this level.
