Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 4G LTE (Verizon)

Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) is a mid-to-low level Android tablet launched back in 2012, packing a 1000 MHz Dual-Core processor, a quite big 7-inches multi touch capacitive screen, and two cameras, a 3 MP back camera and a 0.3 mega-pixels front camera. Is that all? No, it's only the beginning.

Whereas the Tab 2 (7.0) is only 7.63 inches long, it is still able to fit a a 7" screen. This tablet's thickness , 0.41", is a little far from current standards, but it still feels in the user's hand. This time, it seems like Samsung forgot about optimizing the weight in this 12.13 oz tablet.

The Tab 2 (7.0) is equipped with a interesting 7 inches display with a 600 x 1024 resolution, providing this tablet with a nice graphical experience. Its display uses Super PLS LCD capacitive technology, and can detect multi touch gestures.

Samsung decided to sell this tablet with a quite powerful 1 GHz Dual-Core processor and 1 GB of RAM memory. A key feature of this tablet is its 32 GB astonishing internal memory and a slot for external memory cards, which allows the user to store hundreds of applications without having to worry about running out of space.

This tablet features wi-fi connectivity (but it can't share it with other devices around, acting as a modem), HSPA+ (4G) internet connection, which is not so fast as LTE-A or LTE networks or fast 3G internet connection, using HSDPA and UMTS technologies. This tablet doesn't have a sim card, because it is not a GSM enabled tablet.

This device has two cameras, a 3 megapixels back facing camera and a 0.3 megapixels front camera. It also films videos in HD 1280x720 at 30 fps. In addition, the camera counts with geo tagging and smile detection shooting.

This tablet also comes with some interesting features like Bluetooth (provides communication with other bluetooth devices, computers, and accessories), GPS and NFC, and multiple sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer and Compass.

This tablet features an incredible 4000 mAh Li-Ion non-replaceable battery, enough to provide the Tab 2 (7.0) with a marvelous battery duration. An issue to take into consideration is that this device's battery is not removable so you won't be able to replace it when it starts to have trouble holding its charge, whereas with such a huge battery size you will probably replace this tablet before it becomes a real problem.

Samsung sells the Tab 2 (7.0) for $ 150, which is quite high for this kind of tablet.
