Microsoft equipped the Microsoft Surface 2 with a good looking 10.6 inches display, and a 1080 x 1920 (Full HD) resolution, which makes everything look great. Its display uses IPS LCD capacitive technology, and allows multi-touch gestures.

Microsoft decided to equip this device with a great performance Quad-Core processor running at 1.7 GHz, included in a NVIDIA Tegra 4 (T40) system chip with a huge 2 GB RAM. This tablet comes with a 64 GB huge internal storage and an external memory card slot, more than enough to store hundreds of applications without worrying about filling it.

The Microsoft Surface 2 counts with wi-fi connectivity (although it can't share it with other devices acting as a wireless modem), LTE (4G) fast internet connection or 3G fast connection type, using HSPA, HSUPA and EDGE technologies. This tablet uses a SIM card for GSM services.

This tablet has two cameras, a 5 megapixels back camera and a 3.5 megapixels front facing camera. The Microsoft Surface 2 can also film videos up to 1920x1080 (Full HD). This camera also features auto-focus.
