Lenovo IdeaTab A3000 is a fair quality Android tablet launched in February 2013, which counts with a fast 1.2 gigahertz Quad-Core processing unit, a big 7 inches touch-screen, and 2 cameras, a 5 mega-pixels back camera and a 0.3 mega-pixels front facing camera.
This tablet feels a bit heavy comparing to other devices , weighting 11.99 oz. Lenovo offers this tablet in two different color options, black and white. Though this tablet is only 7.64" long and 4.72" wide, it still manages to pack a 7" screen. While this tablet is very slim it's not as thin as many other tablets on sale, with a thickness of 0.43".
Lenovo decided to sell this tablet with a MediaTek MT8125 chip, which holds a fast 1.2 GHz Quad-Core processor and 1 GB RAM. Graphic intensive games and apps generally uses lots of processing time, so it also has an extra PowerVR SGX544 GPU clocking at 384 megahertz to help handle those graphic tasks. This tablet has a 16 GB interesting internal storage and an SD memory slot, which allows you to install a couple hundred apps and games without running out of space.
This tablet has an average 600 x 1024 7" display, making everything look nice. This display uses IPS LCD capacitive technology, and is multi-touch enabled.
The Lenovo IdeaTab A3000 provides WiFi capability (although it can't provide it to other devices acting as a router or modem) or the fastest 3G internet connection, over HSPA technologies. The Lenovo IdeaTab A3000 doesn't have a SIM card, because it's not a GSM tablet.
This device features two cameras, a 5 mega-pixels back facing camera and a 0.3 MP front side camera. The camera also has auto-focus.
The Lenovo IdeaTab A3000 counts with a large 3500 mAh Li-Polymer replaceable battery providing the Lenovo IdeaTab A3000 an incredible battery duration.
This tablet also includes some interesting features like Bluetooth, GPS Navigation and NFC (to trigger actions, transfer data or make payments by holding your tablet close to another NFC device or tag), and some sensors likeLight Sensor and Accelerometer.
This device costs about $ 249, not so cheap for a tablet this level.
