Google Nexus 7 (2013) is a little outdated device launched some years ago, in 2013, packing a big 7 inches multi-touch display, a good performance Quad-Core processing unit ticking at 1500 MHz, and 2 cameras, a 5 mega-pixels back camera and a 1.2 MP front camera.

Google decided to power this device using a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro APQ8064 system chip, holding a good performance Quad-Core processor speeding at 1500 MHz and a large 2 GB RAM memory. Graphic calculations usually eats lots of processor cycles, so this tablet counts with an Adreno 320 GPU working at 400 MHz to help the CPU with those tasks. A nice advantage of the Google Nexus 7 (2013) is the 16 GB quite large internal memory and while it doesn't have an SD extension slot, it should be enough to install a couple hundred applications, but it may not be suitable if you are planning to install some of the heaviest games available nowadays or taking tons of photos and videos.

Being just 0.34 inches thick, this tablet is thin and comfortable. The Google Nexus 7 (2013) is only 7.87" long and 4.49 inches wide, but it manages to hold a 7 inches display. The Google Nexus 7 (2013) is a bit heavy for a device of this size, weighting 10.23 oz.

Google packed this tablet with a beautiful 7 inches display, and a 1200 x 1920 resolution, which makes all images and videos look absolutely great. Its display uses IPS LCD capacitive technology, with a brightness of 300 candela/m2 and is multi-touch enabled.

The Google Nexus 7 (2013) features two cameras, a 5 megapixels back facing camera and a 1.2 MP front facing camera. It also films 1920x1080 Full HD videos. This tablet also features auto-focus.

The Google Nexus 7 (2013) features a great 3950 mAh Li-Polymer replaceable battery that can keep this tablet running for several hours and even reach the end of the day without charging it.

The Google Nexus 7 (2013) includes wi-fi capability (but it can't provide it to other devices around, as a mobile hotspot), LTE 4G high speed connection type or fast 3G data connection, over HSPA and EDGE technologies. This device uses a Micro SIM card for GSM networks.

The Google Nexus 7 (2013) also features some interesting features like Bluetooth (allows communication with other bluetooth tablets and accessories), GPS Localization and NFC (to trigger actions, transfer data or make payments by holding your device close to another NFC device or tag), and multiple sensors like Light Sensor, Accelerometer, Gyroscope and Compass.

This tablet is being sold for just 225 dollars, which is somewhat cheap for a tablet this level. The Google Nexus 7 (2013) is very appropiate for you no matter if you will use it as a gamer tablet, want a work tablet or will use it mostly for internet broswing and social networks.
