Apple iPod Touch 5th Generation is a mid-end iOS device released some years ago, in 2012, having a powerful Dual-Core CPU speeding at 1 gigahertz, a 4-inches screen, a 5 mega-pixels back side camera and a 1.2 mega-pixels front-facing camera. Let's take a deeper view of what this device can do.

This tablet ships with a powerful 1000 MHz Dual-Core processor, bundled in the Apple A5 chip with 512 MB RAM. Graphic intensive games and applications generally uses lots of CPU cycles, so it also counts with a 200 megahertz PowerVR SGX543 MP2 GPU to help the processor with those tasks. This device has a 32 GB amazing internal storage memory and though it doesn't count with an SD memory slot, it it is more than enough to install tons of applications, games, photos and videos without thinking about how much storage capacity is left.

This tablet is much lighter than what you would expect from a tablet this size. The iPod Touch 5th Generation is available in 2 different color options, black and white. The Apple iPod Touch 5th Generation is slim and stilized, with a thickness of just 0.24 inches.

This device includes a gorgeous 1136 x 640 4-inches display, which makes it impossible to even see the pixels composing the display. This display uses IPS LCD capacitive technology, and allows multi-touch for gestures like pinch and zoom.

This tablet is equipped with two cameras, a 5 MP back side camera and a 1.2 mega-pixels front camera. The iPod Touch 5th Generation can also capture 1920x1080 Full HD videos at 30 fps. To complete the camera, it also has a large number of great characteristics: flash, auto-focus, face detection shooting, digital image stabilization, HDR mode and geo tagging.

The iPod Touch 5th Generation comes with a low capacity 1030 mAh Li-Ion non-removable battery, which is quite low for a thirsty tablet like this. A big issue to take into account is that this tablet's battery is non-replaceable so you can't buy a new battery when it begins to live shorter, leaving no choice but to buy a new device or hopefully take it to an expert who can disassemble it and switch the battery.

This tablet doesn't have a SIM card, because it is not a GSM enabled tablet.

This tablet also comes with Bluetooth (4.0), and some sensors likeAccelerometer and Gyroscope.

The iPod Touch 5th Generation costs about $ 240, quite high for this type of tablet. When buying this tablet you also receive Apple EarPods, iPod touch loop, Lightning to USB Cable and Quick Start guide.
