Comparisson review

The Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 is way better than the Sony Xperia Tablet S, getting a global score of 7.93 against 6.22. Even though Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 is noticeably heavier than the Sony Xperia Tablet S, it's incredibly thinner and also newer. Both devices we compare here work with Android OS, but Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 has the newer 4.4 version and Sony Xperia Tablet S has Android 4.1.1 version, offering some additional features and performance improvements.

The Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 features just a bit better processing power than Xperia Tablet S, and although they both have a Quad-Core processing unit, the Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 also has a faster graphics processor working at 450 megahertz and 2 GB more RAM memory. Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 has a way better looking screen than Xperia Tablet S, because it has a lot better resolution of 1600 x 2560px, a bigger screen and a way higher pixels count per inch in the screen.

Xperia Tablet S has a slightly better storage capacity to install applications and games than Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory, the Xperia Tablet S also has a SD card slot that admits a maximum of 128 GB. The Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 has a really longer battery life than Xperia Tablet S.
