Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has an overall score of 6.75, which is a little bit better than the Microsoft Surface Pro's global score of 6.27. The Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 design is newer, way thinner and much lighter than Microsoft Surface Pro. Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 counts with Android 4.4.2 OS, while Microsoft Surface Pro comes with Windows 8 Pro OS.

The Microsoft Surface Pro counts with a bit better display than Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, because it has a way higher 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution, a little bit bigger screen and more pixels per inch of screen. The Microsoft Surface Pro counts with a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, because although it has a lower number of cores (although they are faster), it also counts with 2,5 GB more RAM memory and a much better graphics co-processor working at 650 megahertz.
