The Google Nexus 7 (2013) has an overall score of 7.36, which is way better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4G LTE's 5.74 global score. Google Nexus 7 (2013)'s design is a lot newer, noticeably thinner and noticeably lighter than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4G LTE. These tablets work with Android OS, but the Google Nexus 7 (2013) has the newer 5.0 version and Samsung Galaxy Tab 4G LTE has Android 2.2 version, offering some extra features.
