Similar to the Razer Basilisk Ultimate, the Logitech G502 Lightspeed’s sensitivity can be adjusted in increments of 50, providing excellent customizability.

The two mice come with their respective software that allow you to tweak various settings. For the Razer Basilisk Ultimate, the Razer Synapse app is required, and for the Logitech G502 Lightspeed, you’ll need to download the Logitech G Hub software. Both software allow you to program buttons, create macros, customize the RGB lighting and more. One advantage of the Logitech G Hub is that it is fully supported on both Windows and MacOS. Meanwhile, the Razer Synapse software only has full support on Windows.

As mentioned before, the two have the same number of programmable buttons. The Razer Basilisk Ultimate has three thumb buttons, one of which is a removable paddle, left and right click, a profile switch button at the bottom, two buttons below the scroll wheel and a scroll wheel with a tilt function.

That said, the Logitech G502 Lightspeed does support wireless charging using the Logitech G Powerplay mouse pad. This feature is convenient since you won’t have to worry about the G502’s battery life with it, but it is quite expensive, at over a hundred dollars.
