Cleaning the Pit Boss PB336GS and the Blackstone 1666 is easy after you’ve seasoned their cooking surfaces. A spatula or a scraper can be used to scrape remaining bits of food to the grease tray. The grease tray of the Pit Boss PB336GS is located at the side and it has a handle, which is a nice touch. On the other hand, the grease tray of the Blackstone 1666 is at the back and unlike the one on the Pit Boss griddle, it doesn’t have a handle.

The griddles are removable for easier cleaning if you need to wash it with soap and water. But do remember that if you do clean it with water and soap, you’ll need to season it again in order for them to have a non-stick coating.
