OPPO Mirror 5s Review & Specs

OPPO Mirror 5s is a not so powerful phone released some years ago, packing a fast processor speeding at 1.2 GHz, a quite big 5″ multi-touch capacitive display, and 2 cameras, an 8 mega-pixels back side camera and a 5 megapixels front side camera. We will get a better understanding of this cellphone’s wonders when we get into more details.

This phone is slim, being just 0.3″ thick. This phone is quite a compact device, given that it packs a 5″ screen and it’s just 5.65 inches long. The OPPO Mirror 5s doesn’t feel very lightweight comparing to other phones , with a weight of 5.64 oz. About its design, this cellphone is mostly made of metal. Oppo onlymade the OPPO Mirror 5s in color white.

The OPPO Mirror 5s comes with a quite powerful 1200 MHz CPU, bundled in the Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 8916 chip with a large 2 GB of RAM. A good aspect of the OPPO Mirror 5s is its quite large 16 GB internal storage memory and an SD card slot, allowing you to store a couple hundred applications and games without running out of space.

This device has two cameras, an 8 MP back side camera and a 5 MP front camera. It also captures Full HD 1920×1080 videos. This phone also features a few useful features like auto-focus, flash, face detection shooting and geo tagging.

Oppo designed this phone with a interesting 5 inches screen, and a 1280 x 720 (HD) resolution, which makes everything look colorful and brightful. Its screen uses TFT capacitive technology, and allows multi-touch gestures.

This device includes wi-fi capability (but it can’t be provided to other devices around, as a mobile mobile hotspot), 4G (LTE) fast data connection or the fastest 3G connectivity, over HSPA, HSUPA and EDGE technologies. The OPPO Mirror 5s supports dual sim so it’s able to work with two different carriers or phone numbers.

This phone uses a big 2420 mAh Li – Polymer non-replaceable battery that provides this phone an incredibly long battery duration. An issue to take into account is that the OPPO Mirror 5s’s battery isn’t replaceable so you can’t buy a new battery when it begins to lose its charge, although having 2420 mAh you will probably buy a new device before it becomes a real problem.

The OPPO Mirror 5s also includes many interesting features like Bluetooth (4.0), GPS Navigation, Infrared Transmitter and Near Field Communication (NFC), and multiple sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer and Compass.

This device is the right one for you if you want it mostly for social networks.
