LG G Vista (VS880) Review & Specs

LG G Vista is a mid-end cellphone, packed with a powerful 1200 megahertz Quad-Core processor, a 5.7″ capacitive screen, and 2 cameras, an 8 megapixels back-facing camera and a 1.3 megapixels front side camera. Is that all? No, it’s just the starting point of a much deeper review.

LG decided to equip this cellphone with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 chip, which holds a quite powerful 1.2 GHz Quad-Core processor and a big 1,5 GB RAM. This cellphone has a good 8 GB internal storage memory and a slot for an external memory card, which allows the user to install hundreds of apps and games without any trouble.

This phone is incredibly thin and good-looking, being just 0.36″ thick. This device just has 5.99 inches long, but it still manages to hold a 5.7 inches screen. LG did a very good job making the LG G Vista weight only 5.93 oz.

This phone includes a interesting 5.7″ screen with a 720 x 1280 (HD) resolution, providing this cellphone with a good level image quality. Its screen uses IPS LCD capacitive technology, and allows multi-touch gestures.

The LG G Vista offers wifi connectivity (although it can’t be provided to other devices acting as a wireless router or modem), 4G (LTE) high speed internet connection or 3G data connection, supported by EV-DO A technologies. This phone works with a SIM card to connect to GSM networks and it can work with both GSM and CDMA carriers.

This phone has two cameras, an 8 MP back-facing camera and a 1.3 MP front-facing camera. It can also shoot videos in Full HD 1920×1080. Additionally, this phone’s camera also counts with a few good features like auto-focus, flash, HDR mode and geo tagging.

This cellphone features a high capacity 3200 mAh Li-Ion battery, enough to provide this device with an incredibly long battery duration. This phone has a reported stand by time of 514 hs and a talk time of 15.1 hours according to LG.

The LG G Vista also features some interesting features like Bluetooth (4.0), GPS Navigation and NFC (to trigger actions, transfer data or make payments by holding your device close to another NFC device or tag), and multiple sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer and Compass.

No matter whether you need a phone for work or will use this phone mainly for social networks and internet browsing, this phone is probably the correct option .
