Design
Both the K-Supreme and K-Supreme Plus have removable water tanks, but only the K-Supreme comes with a dual position water tank feature.

While the Keurig K-Supreme and Supreme Plus have a similar form factor, they differ slightly when it comes to their actual size. Measuring 12.2 x 8.2 x 13.3 inches, the Keurig K-Supreme Plus is slightly bigger than the Keurig K-Supreme, which has a physical dimensions of 12.1 x 7.8 x 12 inches. The 78 oz. water tank of the K-Supreme Plus is the main contributor to its larger size. In contrast, the K-Supreme has a 66 oz. water tank.
The Keurig K-Supreme is already smaller than the K-Supreme Plus but you can save even more space with it since its water tank is movable. You can place it either on the side or at its rear, and this is helpful if you already have a cluttered kitchen countertop. Both models’ water tanks are removable.
Both the K-Supreme and K-Supreme Plus can accommodate up to a 7-inch mug, and this is with the drip tray removed. If the drip tray is in place, both coffee makers can fit in a mug with a maximum height of 6.2 inches.
Both coffee makers are made with stainless steel and some plastic parts. The Keurig K-Supreme is available in white, black and grey, while the Keurig K-Supreme Plus only comes with a stainless steel finish.

One of the main differences between the Keurig K-Supreme and K-Supreme plus is in their brew settings. Both coffee makers can make 6, 8, 10 and 12 oz. cups, but the K-Supreme has the option of making a smaller 4 oz. cup, which makes it more flexible in terms of coffee cup sizes.
Another difference between the two is that the K-Supreme only has two brew strength choices—regular or strong—while the K-Supreme Plus has three strength levels to choose from. The control interface of the Keurig K-Supreme Plus is a bit more advanced than the one on the K-Supreme.

You get more control options with the Keurig K-Supreme Plus, including more brewing strength options, temperature control and the ability to save up to three individual brewing preferences. This is especially useful if you share your coffee maker with someone else and you have different brewing preferences.
The Keurig K-Supreme Plus also features an LCD screen for convenience. Displayed on the LCD screen are the brewing strength and the temperature level that are currently in use. Also, it will show the current preset in use if you are using one of the saved settings.

Both the Keurig K-Supreme and K-Supreme Plus come with Keurig’s Multistream technology.

To get the best possible flavor and aroma out of the k-cup or pods, both the Keurig K-Supreme and K-Supreme Plus come with Keurig’s multistream technology. With their multistream technology, multiple streams of water will saturate the k-cup or pod, instead of just one, so that more flavor is extracted. As a result, your coffee will be more flavorful and the aroma is stronger.
In addition to brewing regular coffee, both the K-Supreme and K-Supreme Plus are also able to produce iced coffee as well. You simply place ice cubes in your cup and push the “Over Ice” button on the coffee maker when brewing. With this setting, the coffee maker will brew just enough coffee so that your cup won’t overflow.
