Weighing 69 grams, the Glorious Model O is slightly heavier than the HyperX Pulsefire Haste, which weighs 60 grams. In addition to being just a tad heavier, the Glorious Model O is also slightly bigger, measuring 5 x 1.5 x 2.6 inches. In comparison, the HyperX Pulsefire Haste measures 4.9 x 1.5 x 2.6 inches.

When it comes to look and design, both have honeycomb bodies. They have protections in place for the internals, so users don’t have to worry about dust, dirt or other elements getting inside. Both have an ambidextrous shape, however, the thumb buttons are only on the left side, so these mice are best suited for right-handed gamers.

As for comfort and ease of use, you can claw, palm and fingertip grip them if you have regular sized hands. To access all the features that the two mice have to offer, you’ll have to download their respective software. The Glorious Model O software give you access to a bunch of customizations. The mouse itself has onboard memory, so you can save all your settings. In the Glorious Model O software, you can tweak the RGB or disable it completely, remap buttons, adjust dpi and configure profiles.

Similarly, the HyperX NGENUITY software offers all the necessary adjustments that you’ll need. From adjusting the dpi to saving profiles, as well as playing with the RGB settings and remapping buttons, you’ll be able to customize the mouse settings to your needs. The HyperX Pulsefire Haste also has onboard memory, but you can only save one profile on it.

Both mice are compatible with Windows and MacOS. They are supported on Windows without any issues. On MacOS, you won’t be able to install their software and this means that you won’t be able to make adjustments or customizations. However, the buttons will work, but they are limited to their default functions.

On the other hand, the HyperX Pulsefire Haste sports the PixArt PAW3335 sensor, which has a dpi range of 200 – 16,000, has a low lift-off distance and four polling rate options—125Hz, 250Hz, 500Hz and 1000Hz. The wider dpi range of the PAW3335 sensor gives the HyperX Pulsefire Haste a bit of an advantage here.

Both mice come with virgin-grade PTFE feet, so they skate smoothly. There are third-party feet available for the Glorious Model O, but the mouse does not come with extras. In contrast, there are no third-party options for the HyperX Pulsefire Haste, but it comes with extra PTFE feet.
