Both the Dyson V11 Outsize and V11 Absolute Extra sport the signature modular design and LCD screen that are familiar among Dyson’s V-series cordless vacuums. While they have similar aesthetics, a closer look at the two shows that the V11 Outsize houses a dustbin that can hold twice as much as what the V11 Absolute Extra can. The dustbin on the V11 Outsize has a capacity of 1.89 L while the V11 Absolute Extra’s can only hold up to .76 L of dust and debris.
The V11 Outsize’s bigger dustbin is paired with an XL High Torque Drive Head which is 25% wider than the V11 Absolute Extra’s cleaning head. While the regular brush size of the V11 Absolute Extra is more than sufficient for many, the extra width will help save time when cleaning larger homes.
